Review permission levels
You can control the amount of detail other employees can see on your Calendar. Again, students and parents cannot see your calendar or schedule events.
Tutorial Calendar 1 is configured to Schedule + Detail. This is the default view for our system. Other employees can see the times, names and location of normal items on your Calendar. Only the time is seen when the item is Personal or Private, other details are not available.
Tutorial Calendar 2 is configured to Schedule + Times. Other employees will be able see the times of your events, but no other details. The Sensitivity field is unnecessary with this permission level.

Set your own permissions (advanced)
The default permissions allow other employees to add events to your calendar and view basic details of your normal events. If this suits your needs, you don't need to take any action.  However, if you would like to change your calendar permissions you have two preset calendar group choices.
The Schedule + Times Cal group will enable employees to see the times of items on your calendar. When someone wants to invite you to a meeting, he or she will be able find a free time.
The Private Calendar group will prevent any user from accessing your Calendar, either to view your calendar or add events.
To change your permissions, do this.
1       Select or open your calendar.
2       Choose Collaborate > Permissions.
3       In the Belongs to these groups field, enter either Private Calendar or Schedule + Times Cal.
